Baby Bank

Baby Bank

Our baby bank provides essential items for babies and young children to families who need additional support.

Families usually access the baby bank through professional referrals, which helps ensure that support reaches those who need it most.

Referrals are commonly made by:

  • Health visitors
  • Midwives
  • Social workers
  • Schools and education staff
  • Family support services
  • Charities and community organisations

Items We Provide:

Depending on availability, the baby bank may provide:

  • Baby clothing
  • Moses baskets and cots
  • Prams and pushchairs
  • Highchairs
  • Baby baths
  • Sterilisers
  • Nappies and wipes
  • Toys and baby equipment

Car Seat Safety:

For safety reasons we can only accept car seats that meet the following criteria:

  • Under five years old
  • Accident free
  • All safety labels attached

Community Store

Alongside the baby bank, we operate a community store that redistributes donated items at very affordable prices.

The store allows families to access clothing, toys and household goods without paying high retail prices. Income generated through the store also helps support the running of the baby bank.

The store also helps reduce waste by ensuring good quality items remain in use rather than going to landfill.
Items You May Find:

Stock changes regularly depending on donations, but may include:

  • Adult clothing
  • Children's clothing
  • Toys and games
  • School uniforms
  • Books
  • Household items
